Vintage Ivy League Fashion

A June issue of a Japanese magazine “Men’s Club” ran a special photo feature titled “Ivy League Today.” Of course by “Today” we mean the year 1975. It focused on the sartorial choices of students at Ivy League campuses. Here’s my alma mater below. Check out that gnarly shuttle!

Chipotle Changes Logo

Chipotle quietly updated their brand with a new logo designed by San Francisco firm Sequence. More details here.

Echoing David Cho, frankly I don’t give a F what the logo is–it could be a pile of elephant dung for all I care–so long as they don’t mess with my steak Burrito Bol.

M-m-m! Burrito bol!

Oh how I love you so!

Steak, hot sauce, lettuce and rice.

That combination is oh so nice.

I Stayed at the West Coast White House?

Who knew that this hotel, known among some as the West Coast White House, I stayed at last spring in LA had such a history. Too bad it’s about to be razed. I do have to say, it was an uber comfortable place, Equinox gym fee and wet bar fees notwithstanding.
