Scene in New York

I was amused by this bike messenger’s stickered allegiance to Justin Bieber. I may or may not occasionally sing one of his songs at karaoke.

Posted from mobile. Excuse thumbos.

I am Mayor

My life feels complete now that I’m mayor of my favorite karaoke place in the City. Bonus points for booting “mindvomit.”

For Your Consideration

meth

This is the face of meth. This is the mug shot of a guy after a two day, meth fueled crime spree.

She described the man as over six feet tall, weighing over 230 pounds. Police tried to track the suspect with a K9 dog, but lost the trail.

A police dog that can’t track a six feet tall, 230 pound drugged up dude needs to be retired.

Pat Chung

The (great) Patriots have a safety named Patrick Chung. I looked him up on Wikipedia which had the following interesting bio:

Chung is of Chinese Jamaican descent, his father being half-Chinese Jamaican, half-Afro-Jamaican and mother Afro-Jamaican. He has four brothers and three sisters. Chung’s mother, Sophia George-Chung, was a top Jamaican reggae artist in the 1980s. Her song, “Girlie Girlie,” released in 1985, was a number one hit in Jamaica and made it into the Top 10 in the United Kingdom.

A Century of Women on Top

My friend wore this t-shirt from his mom’s alma mater to a taping of TRL on September 23, 2004. Kate Holmes was the guest.
